Service Level Agreement
UAC provides 24 x 7 support services and work diligently to improve and reduce the turnaround time for services. For the purpose of this agreement, the following terms have been defined.
Hour of Coverage: 24 hours x 7 days
Response time : Within 0.5 hours (For Critical Systems under Severity-1,2)
Response Onsite : Within 4 hours
Sites Supported : Production, DRC
UAC Support will initiate contact with the requester within:
Non-Emergency: 1~2 business days
Emergency: 2~4 hours during business days, 8 hours during non-business hours
Business Day: any regularly scheduled working day between 8.30 AM and 5:30 PM
Non-Business Hours: any time not included in the definition of Business Day
Emergency: a critical function or operation has failed or is at risk of failing in the near future
Non-Emergency: normal operational mode
